California's Terminator Promotes Secret Terminations For Pre-Teen Mothers

California's Governor does not discriminate when it comes to killing unborn children. Last week we were reminded of the money he gives to kill embryonic human beings during research.

This week we learn he is in favour of secret abortions for minors as young as twelve years old...and he'll pay for the killings too.

California’s budget includes increased funding for program that offers government-paid abortions without parent’s knowledge for girls as young as 12.

Buried in the minutiae of California’s $103.8 billion budget for fiscal year 2007-2008 is a $20 million increase in funding for “Medi-Cal Minor Consent,” the state-funded program that covers secret abortions for girls as young as 12 years old.

According to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s May 14 revision to the budget, the increase is needed “due to loss of federal financial participation for a portion of the program.”

And we couldn't get a Bishop in Canada to speak out against this death machine?
